LTE 4G Support for IPad 3
Apple seems to have come up with an answer to the questions posed with regard to the release of the iPhone 5 and the iPad 3 with the very recent release of its iOS 5 beta. Within its code is an area that supports the LTE enabled devices, one the iPad 3 specs that is widely expected. This then just is the confirmation of a lot of reports that have claimed that the both the iPhone 5 and iPad 3 will have the 4G LTE connection when they are unveiled.
Let us now recollect the vision of Steve Jobs for the iPad – that is to replace the personal computers used by people with the iPads. A part of its overall plan is to power up its system, and the other part is the type of connection that it will have. Hence, enabling the iPad 3 with the 4G LTE will really make a lot of sense in line with this vision. There were even reports a few months ago from AT&T that the iPad 3 will have 4G connections.
